INGREDIENT SHOWCASE COMPETITION
As the "Calibration Competition" that Brett Begani put on last year was such a success, we decided to run something similar....with a twist! Instead of every brewer doing the same recipe, we're giving three ingredients that must be used, but the rest is up to you!
There is no limit on gravity, other ingredients, etc. But remember, this competition is based on these three ingredients and the judges will be looking for them to be represented well in the beer.

Scottish Ale
White Labs 028 / Wyeast 1728
Grain
Caramel Rye - Any one
Hops
Willamette
Judging will take place during the June Meeting, so this should give everyone plenty of time to brew and condition this beer!
